Terms of Service

You need to be 13 or older, and able to enter an agreement where you live. If you use Canvite for a team, club, or organisation, you confirm you're allowed to act for it.

Keep your sign-in details to yourself and let us know if you think someone else has access. You're responsible for what happens under your account, including the plans and messages you post.

Your plans, notes, and messages stay yours. You give us permission to store and display them to the people you shared them with, and to include them in the emails Canvite sends on your behalf.

When you canvite someone, you're telling us you have a genuine reason to contact that address. Don't use Canvite to send bulk or unsolicited invites, and don't add email addresses you obtained without permission.

• No spam, scraping, or automated mass invites.
• No harassment, threats, hate, or content that's illegal where you are.
• No uploading other people's personal data that you have no right to share.
• No attempts to break, overload, or work around the security of the service or other people's accounts.

We can suspend or remove an account, plan, or circle that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk. Where it's reasonable to do so, we'll tell you why.

Canvite is provided as-is. We don't promise uninterrupted service, that reminders or emails always arrive on time, or that forecasts and address lookups are accurate. Don't rely on Canvite as the only record of something important.

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.

We may change the service or these terms. Meaningful changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Canvite after that means you accept the updated terms.
